Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods and services made by Shortscoue.com to consumers located in Europe and Asia.

The Terms and Conditions, together with your order and the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShortsCo regarding your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

ShortsCo works with DHL and UPS as its shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total order amount at checkout, based on the destination country.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from shortscoeu@shortsco.com within a short period of time.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after purchase. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that during sale or promotional periods, order processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery status of your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made on business days only.

All delivery times provided are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
